Katie Frew, Demi chef

Katie has been with us since we opened 2 years ago. Her favourite meal on our menu is the lamb shoulder and she would take it with a cold beer any day!

We asked Katie to tell us something about herself and it was really hard to get a straight answer! It seems she likes to be a bit cheeky in coming up with different answers!

"I love a good steak but so often they disappoint. This time the whole meal was superb. Grass-fed sirloin, medium rare, with gratin potatoes and cauliflower cheese. If I lived in Christchurch this would become a regular haunt"
