Damo has been working here since we opened nearly three years ago.

His favourite dish is the 700g ribeye with gratin and peppercorn sauce and he likes any Pinot Noir!

If Damo is not cooking steak then he is all about motor sports.

"We went to Bloody Mary's for Mother's day this year. We all had a great time and even though there was a large group dining there the wait wasn't long at all. Very nice atmosphere"
