Mark MacManus, Executive Chef

Mark has been working here since we opened.

His favourite dish is… well actually Mark doesn’t have a favourite dish because he says all of the Steaks are great, especially with the peppercorn sauce and he loves to wash it down with a pint of Erdinger on tap.

Mark says he is waaay too serious to tell us anything funny about himself… but we know that’s just not true!

"Brand new Steakhouse for Christchurch and this place has it in spades! Furniture is awesome, nice staff and grade A steak! But where was everyone?! There is a big bar and terrace and bartenders who know there stuff. It won't be long until this place is packed! Dress up though, or you'll feel right out of place. Class-aye!"
