Damo has been working here since we opened nearly three years ago.

His favourite dish is the 700g ribeye with gratin and peppercorn sauce and he likes any Pinot Noir!

If Damo is not cooking steak then he is all about motor sports.

 "The best meal that my partner and I have had in a long long time! The place looks great and the atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are engaging and professional and a pleasure to deal with, the food was superb and worth every cent (in fact when we received the bill we were pleasantly surprised at how little it was). I would recommend to anyone who will listen and possible force others where I can :). We had the Hereford aged New York strip loin and to say it was amazing still would not do it justice. My partner and I will return many times over."
