Mark MacManus, Executive Chef

Mark has been working here since we opened.

His favourite dish is… well actually Mark doesn’t have a favourite dish because he says all of the Steaks are great, especially with the peppercorn sauce and he loves to wash it down with a pint of Erdinger on tap.

Mark says he is waaay too serious to tell us anything funny about himself… but we know that’s just not true!

 "The best meal that my partner and I have had in a long long time! The place looks great and the atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are engaging and professional and a pleasure to deal with, the food was superb and worth every cent (in fact when we received the bill we were pleasantly surprised at how little it was). I would recommend to anyone who will listen and possible force others where I can :). We had the Hereford aged New York strip loin and to say it was amazing still would not do it justice. My partner and I will return many times over."
